2019 Ford Fiesta Review

2019 Ford Fiesta: What's New?

This year, the Ford Fiesta streamlines its offerings. There's a new ST Line trim which adds some sporty design elements, but it also drops the luxe Titanium trim level. Other than that, it's still the same car as we saw last year, with the same sporty handling, upscale interior, and capable performance.

There are ten color options for the exterior, seven combinations for colors inside, five trim levels, and a wealth of options packages available. The various trim levels include the base S sedan, the mid-range SE sedan and SE hatchback, the ST-Line sport model, and the range-topping ST.

Ford Fiesta: Sedan vs Hatchback

With both sedan and hatchback configurations, you can choose the style and capabilities that best suit your driving needs. The Fiesta sedan version offers 12.8 cubic feet of trunk space, offering 60/40 split-fold back seats. The Fiesta hatchback gives you 14.9 cubic feet of space in the back, which expands to a maximum of 25.4 cubic feet of room when the seats are folded down. 

2019 Fiesta: Performance

You'll also get great performance, whichever engine option you choose. The base engine at the S, SE, and ST-Line levels is a 1.6-liter inline four that gives you up to 120 horsepower with 112 lb-ft of torque. The upgraded 1.6-liter EcoBoost® engine at the ST trim level puts out 197 horsepower with 202 lb-ft of torque.

The Ford Fiesta ST level also provides a special six-speed manual transmission, a sport-tuned suspension, and special Torque Vectoring Control. It gives you a true sport driving experience with agile steering and handling in just about any condition.

The Ford SYNC® 3 technology is the heart of all the Fiesta's information, entertainment, and driver aid features.
