What's the Difference Between Gold and Blue Certified?
Gold Certified vehicles can only include Ford brand models that are six years old or newer and have less than 80,000 miles. Once they pass the strict 172-point inspection, these used Ford models then receive a 12-Month/12,000-Mile Comprehensive Limited Warranty and a 7-Year/100,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty (along with all of the other items mentioned above).
Blue Certified Vehicles can be any brand but must be 10 years old or newer and have less than 120,000 miles. They must pass a 139-point inspection and will then receive a 90-Day/4,000-Mile Comprehensive Limited Warranty (along with the items mentioned above).
